We provide specialized consultancy to the customers who require a customized bottle design.

We determine, together with our customer, the final shape of the bottle, so that the aesthetic criteria are in agreement with the technological criteria for the manufacture of the bottle.

We design the bottle, in the requested shape, and we draft the final technical drawing, which shall be presented to the customer for approval.

Upon request, we make a polycarbonate prototype, showing us if the shape of the bottle reflects the customer's wishes.

After this stage, we move on to the fabrication of the mould.

We manufacture our moulds from duraluminium, so that they can be used for the production of a large number of PET bottles.

Duraluminium is the most appropriate from the point of view of mechanical strength and heat transfer during the moulding process.
